Really friendly staff, breakfast was brilliant full English plus all the bits. Nice lttle bar but i think £2 for a glass of soda water from the pump is a little bit of a liberty, suppose they have to nake a profit somehow i suppose. I would definitely stay here again, only slight snag apart from the soda water was the rooms at the front are a taf noisy with the traffic,the good lady Cathy got me moved to a room at the rear, brilliant slept well. Thanks the park hotel, see you again soon.

Having stayed here quite a few times over the years, not much has really changed. Good size carpark and it's free, just need to put your registration number plate at the reception terminal. Quick check on all information given Lift to most floors Room is ok size, big enough for 1 person. Shower room is a good size too Bed was a bit soft for my liking Wifi is good The shower was hot but not overly powerful. Evening meal was good but a very very limited menu. Location on the outskirts of the city, close to a retail park.

Had booked Xmas dinner at the park hotel dunnings bridge road. Shocking beyond belief. One member of staff serving in the main bar. Took 45 minutes to get a drink. He was having to wash and dry the glasses as he served customers. So dinner was 100 pound per adult. Took close on 4 hours to serve us. The food was dreadful. Cold!!! One piece of broccoli. One very hard carrot. 3 part boiled potatoes and some turkey. That was it!!! We didn’t wait for desert as it was close to 715pm. Dinner was booked for 3 pm. Children were charged 50 pound each for processed chicken goujons! Two ladies by us had also booked a room for the night but they walked out. I wouldn’t touch this place for free.

One of our Imperial Viscount Landaulette's outside the Park Hotel in Netherton. Today's wedding was meant to happen in 2020 and we all know what happened that year. Bride said the hotel couldn't have been more helpful and never put the price up even after 3yrs.

Had a works do here last week and the so called Xmas dinner was awful. The act wasn’t very good either.

Christmas party 2024 I dont normally leave negative reviews however I feel that this is very warranted Paid £49 for 3 course meal which was quite dismal Vegetable soup which was like something out of a packet but much worse, I would describe it as watery over blended & tasteless. The roast dinner was very small with one tiny hard stuffing ball 3 small greasy potatoes, sprig of broccoli a carrot, one small pig in blanket with a small amount of watery gravy Desert did not fair much better as served 4 small profileroles filled with artificial cream. Bar prices a bit high as £9.80 for a double with mixer The decor and cleanliness was of a high standard. The staff worked hard and entertainment made it an enjoyable evening. However the poor food will ensure that we will not return. The hotel management need to review the quality of the food that they are sending out to paying guest as this was an embarrassing effort

Rooms are a bit tired, plug sockets not screwed fully into the wall and loose etc, however comfortable and warm. Main road facing rooms are noisy and could do with triple glazing. Staff were fantastic and the food was excellent.

I stayed at the Park Hotel for a few nights at the end of July. the rooms and service during my stay were absolutely fine with no complaints there. When I checked in there was a tablet to enable you to register your car registration number, but apparently Smart Parking who managed this was no longer in contract with the hotel so this was not possible, I was given no further instructions from the hotel regarding parking. Several weeks later I received 2 parking charges from Smart Parking, so I called the hotel who said they would cancel them. I then received further demands to pay, again I was told to ignore. Now I and receiving letters from Debt Recovery Plus for £340 with demands to pay or there will be court action. I do have proof that I was entitled to park and proof that the hotel has requested the notices to be cancelled, however I do feel it outrageous that a hotel should expect a guest to deal with this, They just had left it to be my problem now.

We did not stay here but attended a function. The place was beautifully laid out with tables and chairs covered. The food was very nice. Staff were on hand, keeping tables clear and checking on guests. We have booked to have staff night out here. This will be the 3rd year running as it is just fab.

All staff friendly, helpful and informative, especially on reception. Good quality breakfast with plenty of choice. Very large room but with surprisingly little clothes hanging space! Bathroom was again spacious but with little space for storage of toiletries. Availability of toiletries almost non existent, other than soap dispenser. Another surprise was the fact that the room is not serviced every day, if staying longer more than one day? The bed was enormous but not overly comfortable, especially the average pillows. Finally at the times the room was a little cool with few options to alter the temperature. Plenty of car parking available.

Staff are always friendly, bar, restaurant, and front of house. Rooms are always very clean, tv, hairdryer, all facilities you need for a night or two.

Lovely staff but lots of problems with room. Food was great when you got it as they were short staffed and took ages to serve. My friend had eat hes by time i got mine. Such a shame as everyone was having a go at the staff and it wasant their fault. On the last day my friend asked for porriage and waitress said sorry the cook had a hissyfit and thrown it at the manager. We couldnt stop laughing although its not really funny. Nothing to do in the evening and bit far out to go anywhere. Wouldn't go again but staff were really lovely.

Been round for ages,but has been updated,and is pretty tidy now. Staff are all fine,friendly and polite. Rooms,bit dated,but good tv,kettle etc,and I think most have a bath! Instant hot water,and very clean. Food is good( mash to die for !) We had a carvery platter,very generous! Breakfast...wow,spot on full English! All in all,good place to stay.

Stains on carpet were the first thing I noticed, room was ok, 2 x single beds which I pushed together and found a bunch of detritus. The kettle when boiled smelt really bad and the water changed colour!! Sleep quality was terrible due to being near the lift, and people arriving at 03:30 making no03:30ise, or leaving early making noise, plus the curtain didn't quite close letting light in, oh and of course the busy road, so yeah 3 nights of barely any sleep for me.. Pizza was overdone when I did eat, they ran out of San Miguel and the WiFi was not very good.. Plus points were the staff, and the breakfast was very good.

Only called in to a former colleague's funeral reception but didn't stay long. From what I saw, it looks very nice around the reception and function rooms.

The Park Hotel is just a great location close to the Aintree race course. With lots of transport links. The service here is just about average but could be better. Staff are polite enough, as you can expect. Rooms are outdated but fair enough. You have to make sure you register your reg number if you have a car. Otherwise, you will get a parking ticket.

With in 2 hrs we had 3 rooms, 1st room thick in dust 2nd room tv did not work nor did the electrics and we had a lovely view of a scrap yard, 3rd room the headboard knacker and a view of Aldi not very good at all.

We held our wedding at The Park Hotel on 24.08.24. It was perfect from start to finish. Peter, Bec,Paris, steph and all the other staff couldn't do enough for us. Ourselves and a number of guests stayed at the hotel for a number of days from the food to the rooms no had had nothing bad to say. If your thinking of getting married I would 100% recommend The Park Hotel.

My wife and I had our Diamond Wedding Anniversary celebration with 38 guests on 24.08.2024 15 of the guests were accommodated in the hotel for two nights. The organisation of the event by the hotel was first class.The attention to detail and help given by hotel staff on the night and earlier was very friendly and appreciated
